Sethumani Anantha Rama Subramanian, popularly known as Anantha, is an accomplished entrepreneur, corporate strategist, legal and financial consultant, mentor, and visionary dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals, businesses, and communities.
With over 45 years of business experience and more than three decades as a Corporate Legal & Financial Consultant, Anantha has built a distinguished career founded on integrity, innovation, and excellence. Since establishing his professional practice in 1992, he has advised businesses across India on corporate restructuring, financial strategy, regulatory compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
A significant milestone in his career has been assisting in the successful listing of over 150 companies on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), making him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.
Beyond the corporate world, Anantha believes that true success lies in creating opportunities for others. This philosophy inspired the creation of FirstChance India, a flagship initiative dedicated to discovering talent and connecting individuals with meaningful opportunities. He also founded Everyone’s Portal, a global platform designed to help people enhance their health, wealth, knowledge, personal growth, and overall happiness.
Anantha’s passion extends beyond business into the creative arts. As a lyricist, composer, filmmaker, and producer, he has produced the Tamil feature film Manidhanaha Iru and released devotional music albums with legendary playback singer Shri S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, under the blessings of the iconic composer Shri M. S. Viswanathan. He further strengthened his contribution to the media industry by establishing Kamala Studios in Chennai, offering comprehensive production facilities for films, music, television, and digital content.
An advocate of lifelong learning, Anantha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Madurai Kamaraj University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai, and is a qualified Associate Company Secretary (ACS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His diverse expertise also includes Vaastu and Feng Shui consulting, helping individuals and organizations create environments that support growth and prosperity.
